Organize a weighted voting round with Online Voting Tool

The Dutch Association of Mediation and Employment Agencies (NBBU) uses the Online Voting Tool and simply puts the questions to the vote during the AGM itself.

Because not every vote counts equally, those entitled to vote received a weighted voting code. If a weighting factor applies to your vote, you provide a list with the number of weights so that each voting code can be provided with a weighting. For example, a voting code can be given a weight of 10, then this voting code counts 10 times more than a voting code with a standard weight of 1.

As an additional option, you can also choose to have the invitation with voting codes and the link to the voting website sent by the Online Voting Tool. We then ensure that the correct voting code reaches the correct voter. If you choose to distribute the voting codes among those entitled to vote yourself, you will receive an Excel file containing the unique voting codes.
