The Social Housing Guarantee Fund (WSW) is the guarantee fund for social housing in the Netherlands. WSW provides housing corporations with favorable financing through guarantees, at the lowest possible cost. In doing so, WSW helps corporations build and maintain social housing.

The WSW Participants' Council is a representation of the participating corporations. The members of the Participants' Council are appointed by the participants through elections. WSW has chosen Online Voting Tool to make the Elections for the Participants' Council fully digital.

All participating corporations also received an invitation by email via Online Voting Tool to be able to cast their vote online using a unique personal voting code. Voting via Online Voting Tool is completely anonymous for all participants.
